DESCRIPTION
The Automatic horizontal Splitting and Stacking Machine is used to split flexible PU foam blocks into thin layers( can be set as you want ) in a highly efficient and economic way. The cut sheets remain lying on the block and are stacked one onto another. This allows for an automatic and unattended cutting procedure of the machine. the machine equip with vacuum which is more accurately , especially , for light foam cutting , the vacuum can be acted as hold down device, it's characteristics can be described as following :
·belt conveyor bring easy handle of block
·with hold-down device press roller ( it's automatic press down when cutting sheet by sheet )
·Controlled by PLC and all cutting data can be set in the box.
·with one-edge cutting
·blade covering box printed with special materials decreasing the friction wastage between the blade and blade cover
·Grinding unit & Grinding dust extraction unit
